Activity
What we do
We are a vending operator. The location provides floor space and a power socket; everything from there on is our responsibility.
Installation
We survey the site beforehand for floor space, power and access, clarify any permits required, then deliver and install the machine ready to run.
Operation
We restock, check condition, empty the cash box and clear faults. Operating status is read remotely, so we know about an empty or faulty machine before anyone reports it.

We sell sealed product in its original packaging — mostly booster packs, and depending on the machine also smaller displays and accessories such as card sleeves.

Operation and servicing
From the first survey to running operation. The order is the same at every location.

Site survey
A visit on site. We check floor space, flooring, the power socket, delivery access and how visible the position is.

Clarification and agreement
We establish whether the municipality or canton requires a permit for the installation, and put the position, term, responsibilities and notice period in writing.

Delivery and installation
Delivered and installed by us, normally within half a day. The machine is levelled, connected, filled and tested.

Restocking and checks
Regular visits based on sales, normally every two to four weeks. We top up stock, remove cash, clean the glass and casing and check the mechanics.

Faults
The machine reports faults itself. The location can also reach us on a contact number displayed on the machine. We respond within 24 hours on working days.

Fixed prices, not gambling
We sell goods at a fixed price shown on the machine. There is no stake, no payout and no chance-based monetary prize, so the machines do not fall under the Swiss Gambling Act.
Protection of minors
Trading cards carry no age restriction. We stock no age-restricted goods and do not advertise the machines with promises of winnings.
Permits
Requirements for siting a machine differ by canton and municipality. We clarify them per location before installation and obtain any permits needed.

What we are asked most
How much electricity does a machine use?
180 W on average, around 1'580 kWh a year. It runs from an ordinary T13 socket and needs no three-phase supply and no dedicated circuit.
Is the machine noisy?
No. Below 40 dB(A), comparable to a fridge. Cooling runs only on demand, and the machine is normally silent overnight.
Who is liable for damage or vandalism?
We are. The machine remains our property and is insured against theft and damage. Our public liability insurance covers damage arising from the machine or from our work on site.
How often does someone come by?
Based on sales, normally every two to four weeks. We can see the stock level remotely, so we come when it is needed rather than on spec.
What happens if it breaks down?
The machine reports faults itself, and a contact number is displayed on it. We respond within 24 hours on working days. The location does not need to do anything.
Is a permit needed to install one?
That depends on the canton, the municipality and the type of site; in some cases planning permission is required. We clarify this before installation and handle the process.
Are booster packs gambling?
No. We sell sealed goods at a fixed price shown on the machine. There is no stake and no cash payout, so nothing falls under the Swiss Gambling Act.
How is cash handled?
Most payments are cashless, via TWINT and card. Where a cash module is fitted, only we empty it; the location has nothing to do with cash.
